Courtroom Etiquette

  1. Defendants must be appropriately dressed and maintain a respectful decorum to be admitted into the Courtroom.
  2. Court must remain quiet so that defendants and Court staff can hear.
  3. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of disruptive children will be asked to remove them from the Courtroom.
  4. No cellphones or electronics of any kind;
  5. No hats/head covering;
  6. No halter/tank tops;
  7. No exposed midriffs;
  8. No low-cut tops, short skirts or dresses;
  9. No pants hanging below the waist;
  10. No inappropriate or distasteful logos on clothing;
  11. No chewing gum;
  12. And, no food or drinks.
